How to connect ClickShare to a Video Conferencing system

Applicable to

ClickShare Conference introduces the concept of Bring Your Own Meeting and allows you to use the meeting room peripherals wirelessly on any laptop independent of the conferencing platform used on your PC. This means you can use the room camera, room speakerphone, and microphone by just plugging in the ClickShare Button in your personal Teams, Webex, Zoom, ... call. Notes:

  • In case you have questions on how to use the room peripherals in your conference call, you can find more information in KB2378

  • This functionality is limited to the ClickShare Conference devices: CX-20, CX-30, and CX-50

  • For an overview of the list supported peripherals with the ClickShare Conference devices, see the supported peripherals overview page on the Barco website.

Alternatively, you can connect your ClickShare devices (not only the ClickShare Conference models) to any existing Video Conferencing system to allow sharing into the Video Conference Call. To read more on how to combine ClickShare with a Video Conferencing system, we kindly refer to the ClickShare AV Integration Whitepaper, with a number of other vendors such as Cisco and Zoom, which can be found at the bottom of this article.
