Ultra‑wide displays (21:9 or 32:9) are supported on the ClickShare C‑series, CX‑series, and Bar Core/Pro models when connected via a DisplayPort cable. The display must be connected to the USB Type-C port on the device.
Supported resolutions with ultra-wide display are:
- 2560x1080
- 3440x1440
- 3840x1600
- 3840x1080
Furthermore, in the case of a dual display setup that includes an ultra-wide display with CX-50 Gen2.
- Only one ultra-wide display can be connected at a time.
- If the connected ultra-wide display is touch enabled, then no other touch display can be used.
