Clickshare Desktop App on macOS crashes after launch

In some cases, it has been reported that the ClickShare Desktop App on macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 crashes immediately after launch.

Solution

Barco recommends using the latest version of ClickShare Desktop App to fix this issue.

If the issue persists even after updating to the latest version, try fixing it by uninstalling the ClickShare Desktop App, deleting the .clickshare hidden folder and rebooting your system. Then reinstalling the Clickshare Desktop App after removing the previous version will resolve the issue.

If uninstallation does not work, download and use the utility to remove the app and any residual components, for example:
