      Why do we lose the audio with HDMI™ output on ClickShare Conference when an INOGENI device is plugged into it

      Applicable to

      ClickShare Conference Base Unit will automatically connect to the USB speakerphone as soon as it detects it. This will then remove audio from the HDMI™ output. This problem can be solved by disabling the USB audio interfaces on the INOGENI device.

      All you have to do is uncheck Host USB audio box in our app under the Audio tab.
