Issue:
When using Poly Studio X50 with ClickShare Conference CX-50, we've noticed that audio distortion occurs during a call.
After 15 to 20 minutes, audio distortion can occur. Stopping and restarting audio playback (leaving and re-entering the call) resolves the issue.
This issue is seen on CX-50 firmware version 2.10 and Poly Studio X50 firmware version 3.7.0 but also in earlier versions of the firmware.
Solution:
This issue has been fixed in Poly 3.10 firmware.
