== Release Overview ==
The certification applies to a specific evaluated configuration, including:

• CX-50 Gen2 Base Unit (firmware 02.20.02)
• ClickShare Button (04.21.00.0004 as delivered, default configuration)
• ClickShare Desktop App (version 04.37.5)

This release should be considered as a certified baseline, where only the evaluated configuration and usage scenarios are covered by the CSPN certification.
==Limitation==
Microphone mute synchronization will not work with USB peripherals due to enhanced base unit security isolating HID device
== Known issues ==

• Microphone mute sync may not work due to missing HID device detection
• Sharing through Google Cast isn't working with Pixel Phones
• Huddly S1/L1 doesn't get removed properly when unplugged
• Connectivity issue could occur when using Huddly PoE Adapter with Huddly S1/L1 after reboot
• Occasionally failure happens when saving annotations on Ilyama touchscreens
• Touch back double click gesture is not working when ClickShare is set up with Dual display
• Flexible Room - Switching behavior may fail when using room camera only

=== ANSSI CSPN certification scope ===
The CSPN certification is valid only for the evaluated configuration, which includes:

• Firmware version 02.20.02
• Factory reset prior to setup
• Security Level set to 1
• SNMP disabled
• Blackboarding disabled
• Standalone operation (no cloud dependency)

Only the following usage scenarios are covered:

• Native ClickShare sharing via Button
• ClickShare Desktop App sharing

The following features and deployment configurations are outside the CSPN evaluation scope:

• Wireless sharing protocols:
  • AirPlay
  • Google Cast
  • Miracast
• Cloud and remote management:
  • XMS Cloud
  • Remote management
• Network configurations:
  • Enterprise network integration
  • Dual-network operation
  • Proxy configurations
  • Client mode
• Interfaces and integrations:

  • Third-party peripherals (cameras, microphones, DSPs)
  • UC / room system integrations

=== General considerations ===
Enabling features outside the evaluated configuration does not invalidate the certification. However, such use cases are not covered by the CSPN evaluation.

• The CSPN certification is version-specific and applies only to firmware 02.20.02.
• Later firmware versions may include additional features that are not covered by this certification.
• Customers requiring strict compliance should ensure deployment follows the evaluated configuration.

=== Things to consider before upgrading ===

• In order to start the ClickShare App on the Button automatically when plugging it in, version 1.20 of the ClickShare Windows Driver needs to be installed on the device.
• ClickShare Desktop App v4.30.2 or higher is required when using a Button to connect when the App is installed.
• ClickShare Desktop App v4.17 or higher is required to allow over the air detection of the Base Unit.
• To optimize Wireless Presentation performance, we highly recommend to always use a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel.
• Upgrading past Version 02.15.01 will not allow rollback to older versions before 02.15.01.
