What is a huddle room?
A huddle room is a small meeting room, designed for 2 to 4 people.
It´s a quiet meeting space, away from noise and distractions, where productivity is high and where on-the-fly meetings boost teamwork.
It’s ideal for short catchups, quick brainstorms with small groups, stand-ups, or ad-hoc calls with remote participants. Huddle meetings can be face-to-face or hybrid.
A huddle room is typically not bookable. This makes it a flexible and spontaneous space for hybrid team collaboration.
To make it a suitable space, the available tech should allow to:
- Present and share content
- Meet and set up video calls
- Collaborate in small teams
