The KMSKA is a museum housing a top collection of fine art from the 14th to the 20th century with international appeal. After being closed for eleven years, the cultural icon re-opened its doors at the end of September 2022 to welcome visitors back in a renovated and extended museum. Included in the renewed museum is a Barco-powered projection space where visitors are immersed in painting details.

This spring, the Immersive Arts Alliance toured in San Francisco and Oakland with Barco projectors and audio equipment, displaying works of light art by six Bay Area artists as part of our newest project, the Mobile Light Art Station.

“Tim Burton, Labyrinth” was inaugurated in September 2022, at Espacio Ibercaja Delicias in Madrid. This immersive exhibition, unique in the world, takes place in an authentic labyrinth where attendees are invited to discover Tim Burton’s eccentric world. The famous film director’s distinctive universe is recreated through carnivalesque statues of his characters and video projections of his extensive filmography, sketches and original works.

Covering an area of 43,800 square meters from Nanjing West Road in the north to Weihai Road in the south, Shanghai Zhang Yuan is the largest Shikumen complex in Shanghai with the most diverse architectural styles, which has nurtured numerous modern Shanghai cultures and brought together many memories of local Shanghainese alley life. As the epitome of the development and transformation of Shanghai's new-style public culture, Zhang Yuan combines projection technology with artistic creation to present a projection mapping exhibition, "Six acts of the light show - Centennial Zhang Yuan". Not only does it take on a new look at conservation and renovation, but it also provides the audience with an immersive experience of old Shanghai sentiments.
