Supported HDMI™ Resolutions on ClickShare Hub Devices

ClickShare Hub devices are designed to deliver high-quality video output for modern meeting spaces. There are two Hub models available:

ClickShare Hub Core: 1 x HDMI™ output

ClickShare Hub Pro: 2 × HDMI™ outputs

Both models set the resolution based on the connected display’s EDID (Extended Display Identification Data).

HDMI™ Output Specifications

HDMI™ 1 (Primary Output)

• 5K (Ultra HD): 5120 × 2160 @ 30 Hz (21:9 aspect ratio)

• 4K (Ultra HD): 3840 × 2160 @ 30 Hz

• 2K (Full HD): 2560 × 1440 @ 60 Hz

• Full HD: 1920 × 1080 @ 60 Hz

• HD: 1280 × 720 @ 60 Hz

HDMI™ 2 (Secondary Output – Pro Model Only)

• 2560 × 1080 @ 60 Hz (21:9 aspect ratio)

• 4K (Ultra HD): 3840 × 2160 @ 30 Hz

• 2K (Full HD): 2560 × 1440

• Full HD: 1920 × 1080 @ 60 Hz

• HD: 1280 × 720 @ 60 Hz

Key Notes

• Auto-Selection: The device automatically negotiates the best resolution based on display EDID using the HDMI™ 2.0 standard, with a maximum of 4K@30Hz on the secondary output and 5K@30Hz on the primary output.

• Aspect Ratios: Supports both standard (16:9) and ultra-wide (21:9) formats for immersive experiences.

• Refresh Rate: Maximum refresh rate for 5K and 4K resolutions is 30 Hz.

Practical Recommendations

• Use certified HDMI™ cables for optimal performance.

• For dual-display setups (Pro model), ensure both displays support the desired resolutions.

• If resolution issues occur, check display settings and firmware updates.
