Need to perform XMS Cloud onboard again even though device was successfully onboarded offline

Applicable to

Symptom

  • Onboard the ClickShare Hub offline by scanning the QR on the device before it's connected to the internet.
  • Power on the ClickShare Hub, connect it to the internet and complete the ClickShare configuration wizard.
  • You need to onboard the ClickShare Hub again in XMS Cloud in the ClickShare configurator wizard.

Impact

  • ClickShare Hubs with revisions prior to 4 are impacted "out of the box". 

Solution

  • This is fixed in ClickShare Hub firmware V04.02.00.
