Which devices are supported by Barco to work with ClickShare Hub

Overview


This article gives an overview of the devices that have been tested for interoperability with the ClickShare Hub Pro and Hub Core. This overview will be updated regularly.

  • Devices not listed in this document have not been tested yet and are therefore not supported.
  • Devices must be connected to the back USB ports of the ClickShare Hub via the indicated peripheral connection.
  • The listed connection methods show, per connection method, the minimum supported USB protocol version and connector types.

    *Understanding connection notation

    [Connector on peripheral device side] - to - [USB socket on the ClickShare Hub side]

    • The first connector always refers to the peripheral device
    • The second connector refers to the USB port on the ClickShare Hub

    Examples:

    • USB V3 C-to-A → USB‑C (device) to USB‑A (Hub)
    • USB V3 C-to-C → USB‑C (device) to USB‑C (Hub)
    • USB V2 B-to-A → USB‑B (device) to USB‑A (Hub)

This document applies to ClickShare Hub firmware 4.2.2 and above.

Limitations:

The USB‑C cable included with the Huddly camera is a USB 2.0 + DisplayPort (DP) hybrid cable. The ClickShare Hub requires a USB 3.0–compatible USB‑C cable to function correctly.
