This error message is related to a high number of devices in the XMS Edge.
This error message will be shown multiple times per day when logging into the XMS Edge version 2.12 and below. A fix for this has been implemented in XMS Edge version 2.13.
When there are more than 500 devices inside the XMS Edge, a huge amount of polling needs to be done by the XMS Edge, causing this error. Due to network latency, replies don't arrive on time.
We advise setting up a second XMS Edge if you have more than 500 devices within your company and physically distributing the Base Units.
