XMS Edge is running with errors and needs to be restarted

This error message is related to a high number of devices in the XMS Edge.
This error message will be shown multiple times per day when logging into the XMS Edge version 2.12 and below. A fix for this has been implemented in XMS Edge version 2.13.

When there are more than 500 devices inside the XMS Edge, a huge amount of polling needs to be done by the XMS Edge, causing this error. Due to network latency, replies don't arrive on time.

We advise setting up a second XMS Edge if you have more than 500 devices within your company and physically distributing the Base Units.
 

Info! This error message is also visible for CMGS products when logging into CMGS version 1.4.0.23 and above.
