HDCP protection
Commercial video content often uses High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) to ensure copyright protection. Content protected by HDCP will not be displayed using ClickShare and only a black screen will be shown. Typically, the content is displayed correctly as soon as you stop sharing the protected content again.
Regular video issue
If you experience issues with regular videos, it might be due to video player overlays, which prevents the ClickShare application from screen scraping the image. Disable the overlay setting in your video player or try another video player and the video will be shown on the central display.
