Article number: [4247] - Legacy code: [1633]

Applicable to

Output Resolutions on C-Series, CX-Series, CB-series, CS(E)-Series and CSC-1

These ClickShare devices have a list that is adjusted to what the display supports based on the monitor's EDID information. The output resolution to the display can be set to Auto or a predefined pixel aspect ratio. When set to Auto, the output resolution is automatically adapted to the resolution of the display.

Output Resolutions on CSM-1

ClickShare CSM-1 has a fixed and limited set of output resolutions available on it (without checking what the monitor is capable of). Default is 1920x1080 and is also the maximum.

Other output resolutions options are: 1280x720, VGA: SVGA (800x600) / XGA (1024x768) / WXGA (1280x768) / WXGA+(1280x800) / 1360x768 / 1440x900.

Note: To find out about the supported output resolutions for your ClickShare device and how to manually select the output resolution, please see the installation manual for your ClickShare device here.
