Your MDNC-6121 display has been calibrated and still, it is failing the SteadyColor™ compliance test. There may be several reasons for that.
- You are using an incompatible display controller
- Your display controller drivers are outdated
- You are not using a compatible QAWeb Agent version
1 You are using an incompatible display controller
SteadyColor™ calibration for the MDNC-6121 is only supported on MXRT-5600 and MXRT-7600 display controllers. If you are using older MXRT display controllers or 3rd party display controllers, this SteadyColor™ calibration is not available.
You can either use a compatible display controller or disable the Color Compliance Test in MediCal QAWeb. See the following article: [kb7974]
2 Your display controller drivers are outdated
Along with the requirements of the display controller, a minimum MXRT driver version of 10.143. Barco 2.0 is required. Consult the following article to find out where you can find the latest MXRT drivers: [KB4010].
3 You are not using a compatible QAWeb Agent version
Steadycolor™ calibration for the MDNC-6121 is only supported by the QAWeb Agent from a certain version onwards. When using older versions, MediCal QAWeb will only perform a regular DICOM calibration and therefore your display will not receive the appropriate color calibration which is recommended for this display.
Depending on the type of MDNC-6121 display, you will need the following QAWeb Agent versions:
- MDNC-6121 (part number K9300360A): QAWeb Agent 1.13.10 or higher
- MDNC-6121 NC (part number K9300361A): QAWeb Agent 1.13.17 or higher
