What network protocols are supported for connecting devices (PC/mobile phone/tablet) to ClickShare?

Applicable to

The following network protocols are supported for connecting your devices to the ClickShare Base Unit. By default, these protocols are available on your devices. 

  • AirPlay: iOS and macOS
  • Google Cast: Windows and Android 
  • Miracast: Windows

Before using these protocols with ClickShare, make sure to enable them (by default, enabled) in the ClickShare Configurator of your Base Unit, (how to: see KB 9653).

Info! To know which operating systems (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android) are supported with your ClickShare Base Units, please refer to the specification sheet of your ClickShare Base Unit (how to: see KB 9359).
