Apple end of Rosetta support and impact on the ClickShare App

Apple has announced that macOS27 Tahoe will be the last macOS release for Intel-based Mac computers and the final version to officially support Rosetta 2, the translation layer currently used to run Intel-based applications such as the ClickShare App on Apple Silicon devices.

ClickShare App Implications

A native ClickShare App for Apple Silicon (M-series) is currently under development. This new version will run natively on Apple Silicon devices and will not require Rosetta, ensuring full compatibility ahead of the official release of macOS 27.
