IssueDescriptionWorkaround
Black image is found on HDMI™2 display connected to ClickShare Hub Pro.Occasionally, after reboot, the image on HDMI™2 is black. This is only observed on some displays.Re-plugging the HDMI™ cable sometimes solves the issue; when this doesn't work, a device reboot might. In most cases an EDID minder solved the issue as well.
Waking up from incoming call does not show the UI to accept the call on the Control Panel when admin settings were open before the unit went into standby.Control Panel does not display incoming call when admin settings were open before the unit went into standby.Disable auto standby.
Room display shows gray screen (with MTR code) while sharing with ClickShare Button.Occasionally, while starting and stopping sharing with ClickShare Button, the LED on the Button shows white, the standby button LED on ClickShare Hub shows red, but laptop content is not shared. Meanwhile, the room display shows a gray image with MTR QR code.Re-plugging the ClickShare Button will resolve this issue.
On rare display configuration, sometimes one of the HDMI™ connectors of the ClickShare Hub Pro has no output after waking up from standby.Sometimes one of the HDMI™ connectors on the ClickShare Hub Pro has no output after waking up from standby, and this is both in Eco and Deep Standby mode.Rebooting the ClickShare Hub will solve the issue.
On rare display configuration, sometimes the HDMI™2 output of the ClickShare Hub Pro does not come out standby when waking up the ClickShare Hub by pressing the standby button. When both the ClickShare Hub Pro and the connected displays are in Standby mode (Eco), waking up ClickShare Hub Pro from standby does not wake up the HDMI™2 display and it remains blank and shows no content.
"Narrator" option is not feature complete. The "Narrator" accessibility option in the Configuration Wizard and the Settings App is currently not feature complete. We advise not to enable the "Narrator" accessibility option — see also KB15742
No touch-enabled room display may be connected when a ClickShare Control Panel is used. When the ClickShare Hub connects both a touch-enabled room display and ClickShare Control Panel, the touch on the room display is not working as expected.Only one touch input is supported, either remove the ClickShare Control Panel or remove the USB cable (for touch control of the room display) from the display, then reboot the ClickShare Hub.
Image on the display shifted to the right after reboot of the ClickShare Hub Pro.After updating the firmware of the ClickShare Hub Pro, the image on HDMI™1 was shifted to the right and the Control Panel remained black.Performing a factory reset and reconfiguring the ClickShare Hub can fix this issue — how-to, see KB15633.
"High Contrast" mode is not consistent and sometimes difficult to read. When enabling 'High Contrast' accessibility option in the Configuration Wizard, the text is hard to read in dropdown fields, and it's not performing consistently. We advise not to enable the "High Contrast" mode.
HDMI™ display initialization fails after changing hardware configuration on ClickShare Hub.After changing hardware configuration on ClickShare Hub (eg. Swapping displays around, moving ClickShare Hubs, adding other USB peripherals), the connected one or both of the HDMI™ displays fail to initialize properly (eg. Shows black screen, shifted imaged, ...).A factory reset of the device typically resolves this symptom.
Color accuracy via DP alt mode (on ClickShare Button) is not accurate. When sharing with the ClickShare Button via DP-alt mode, some colors are shown differently on the connected display of ClickShare Hub — see also KB15760.1. Connect the ClickShare Button to a USB-C port that does not support DP-Alt mode.
2. If your laptop USB-C port supports DP-Alt mode, use Window sharing mode instead of Desktop sharing mode in the ClickShare Desktop App.
Display resolution field shows "Unknown".Display resolution field shows "Unknown" after a factory reset and restart.Restart the ClickShare Hub typically resolves this symptom.
Occasionally, HDMI™1 fails to display output after the ClickShare Hub wakes from ECO standby. After ClickShare Hub wakes up from ECO standby, sometimes the connected HDMI™1 display fails to output images.Avoid enabling "Energy-saving" mode to prevent ClickShare Hub enters Standby.
Selecting the display resolution 3840×2160 does not take effect after adjusting display settings. When adjusting the display resolution from 3840x2160 to others and reverting the selection, it does not take effect after the adjustment. Restart the ClickShare Hub typically resolves this symptom.
Wired content sharing does not wake up the connected HDMI™2 display and/or the ClickShare Control Panel from Standby mode.ClickShare Hub is not correctly resume from Standby mode after plugging in DP-in cable, resulting the black screen on HDMI™2 display or the ClickShare Control Panel so the wired content sharing is failed on HDMI™2.Avoid enabling "Energy-saving" mode to prevent ClickShare Hub enters Standby.

Connected HDMI™1 shows unexpected behavior when woke up from Eco Standby.Connected HDMI™1 display resolution changed unexpectedly after waking up from Eco Standby mode.Avoid enabling "Energy-saving" mode to prevent ClickShare Hub enters Standby.
ClickShare Hub cannot be waken up by waking up the connected display(s).The ClickShare Hub cannot be woken up by powering on or waking the connected display(s) due to CEC not functioning as expected. Please use alternative methods to wake the ClickShare Hub (wake up by ClickShare Control Panel, connecting the Button to the PC, etc.).

ClickShare Hub fails to resume from ECO standby mode. When using a non-Barco USB-C cable to the Control Panel, we've observed that the motion sensor doesn't bring the ClickShare Hub out of standby. Pressing the standby on the ClickShare Hub will bring the ClickShare Hub out of standby.Use the Barco provided USB-C cable.
MTR app randomly crash and restart. When a display change event is triggered, the MTR app typically restarts, which can result in several restarts of the MTR app per day.Disabling auto standby of the ClickShare Hub will reduce the likelihood of this symptom occurring.
Text in the meeting chat seems too large and the words are split on different rows. The text in the chat is too large when 1080p monitor is connected to HDMI™2 and 4K monitor is connected on HDMI™1.Connecting the 4K monitor over the HDMI™2 port and the 1080p monitor over the HDMI™1 port solves this issue.

Currently you only see "Unknown" warranty end date.Click on "Unknown" to open the QR to view the warranty of the device on the website. Note that only sold units have warranty a.k.a. demo units typically have no warranty.
HDMI™2 content fills only 1/4 of the screen. When the HDMI™2 resolution is lowered and the ClickShare Hub Pro reboots or wakes from deep standby, HDMI™2 content appears only on one-quarter of the screen instead of in full screen — see also KB15707.Adjust HDMI™2 output resolution to 3840×2160 as a workaround for this case.
Hearing protection warning while increasing System VolumeIn rare cases, when raising system volume via the Barco Control Panel, a hearing protection warning may be displayed on the main screen and increasing the volume further is not possible — see also KB 16031.

Rebooting the ClickShare Hub will typically resolve the issue.
