  3. Connect CX-20/CX-30/CX-50 HDMI™ Out to MTR/ZR HDMI IN.
  4. Connect the MTR/ZR HDMI Out to the Display.
  5. Connect USB Peripherals (either all-in-one audio-video USB system, or USB camera and USB speakerphone) to Toggle USB-A.

After the connections are made, you can operate the device with the Toggle button or have a room control processor connected to its GPI input or RS232 port.

If the room has a control processor with RS232 capability, you can use it to manually send commands through RS232. Make sure to configure the Toggle in “Manual mode” using the INOGENI Control App. See end of document for more details.

If you want to connect to a processor that has relay capability, route this control processor relay connections to the GPI and GND connections of the Toggle device. Make sure to configure the Toggle GPIN mode in “Level mode”. See end of document for more detailskb8091_02.png

Detailed Toggle connection overview

Once all the connections are made and the configuration is done, the user can walk in the room and

  1. Wirelessly present by connecting to ClickShare with either the Button or the ClickShare App and start presenting. Via ClickShare, the user can share his screen or individual applications.
  2. Wirelessly conference by connecting to ClickShare. The user needs to make sure to have the USB peripherals switched to ClickShare either via the switch on the Toggle or the control system. The user can start any UC client, show his content, etc. By using Smart Meeting flows, the user is able to show people and content next to each other, and the meeting flow is largely automated. (see video ClickShare Conference – Introducing smart meeting flows).

Remark: With the CX-50 Gen2 it will be possible to automatically switch between wireless conferencing and MTR/ZR mode.
  3. Use the MTR/ZR. The user needs to make sure to have the USB peripherals switched to the MTR/ZR system either via the switch on the Toggle or the control system.
  4. Connect his laptop via HDMI and USB, or USB-C and share his screen and use the peripherals. This allows the user to share full 4K@60Hz at 4:4:4 laptop resolution and receive the “native peripherals”.

Note: If you encounter the issue of the camera not being recognized when switching back to ClickShare from MTR PC, please contact Barco's support team.
