Barco's new OverView KVD-5521D is a high-performance, mid-level brightness (500 cd/m² typical) and cost-optimized 55" LCD-panel, dedicated for use in tiled video wall applications. With a UNB 3.4 mm bezel width, great colors and reduced energy consumption compared to previous models, the OverView KVD-5521D provides great value to entry level and mid-end applications.
A perfect image with automatic color and brightness calibration
The OverView KVD-5521D is part of Barco's highly renowned and industry-leading OverView LCD video wall portfolio - which complements the premium Barco UniSee platform. The signature innovative Sense X - Barco’s automatic real-time color and brightness calibration system - ensures that the complete wall produces a perfectly balanced image at all times. This avoids the dreaded 'checkerboard' pattern image in video walls. Barco is the only company in the market enabling this type of automatic calibration in real-time based on integrated brightness and color sensors.
Enhanced uptime, reduced power consumption
The use of Barco's Video wall Manager makes it much easier to control the video wall, further improving the user-friendliness.
Compared to the previous model, the KVD-5521D consumes 25% less energy. This helps companies to both reduce costs and achieve their sustainability goals.
