If your passkey was synced via your account (e.g. iCloud, Google, or a password manager)
- Make sure you’re signed into the same syncing account on the new device.
- Ensure sync is turned on and has completed.
- Then try Sign in with passkey again.
If your passkey was only stored on your old device
- You’ll need to sign in with your password (or backup method) and create a new passkey on your new device.
If this doesn’t work
You can always recover by signing-in with your email and password.
