I Get an Error: “Something Went Wrong” When Using a Passkey. What Can I Do?

Possible causes:

  • The request has timed out.
  • The passkey which you are using to sign-in, exists on your device but has been removed from your myBarco account.
  • The passkey authentication server is not reachable.

Basic troubleshooting:

  1. Try again.
  2. Make sure the device you’re using is unlocked and nearby (for phones/security keys).
  3. Try a different browser or device.
  4. Disable VPN/proxy temporarily if your network is very restrictive.
  5. If it keeps failing, sign in with an alternate method and delete/recreate your passkey.
