About presenting

For more information about the presenting meeting type, see “Presenting”.

How to use ClickShare
  1. Connect all user devices to the ClickShare using one of the available methods:

Note: Using a wired connection prevents other connected devices from sharing. Only view room display and screenshot are available to other connected devices.
  2. Share content to the local displays

  3. Use additional ClickShare features based on how the meeting progresses.

    • When a Microsoft PowerPoint is being shown, see:

    • When content must be shown on the second display, see “Dual screen sharing”.
    • When touch interactions are needed to help illustrate a point, see:

    • When another user wants to compare their content with the shared content, see “Side-by-side sharing”.
    • When the conversation moves to content on another user device, see:

    • When private actions must be done, see:

    • When a video must be played over the meeting room speakers, see “Using the room AV equipment”.

The room speakers can be adjusted on the connected user device, on the room speakers themselves or, in case of a CB Core or CB Pro, through the ClickShare App. See either the documentation of the manufacturer or “Virtual remote” for the CB Core or CB Pro.

    • When the meeting display is difficult to see or read, see “View room display”.
    • When screenshots of the displayed content are needed, see “Screenshot room display”.
